We welcome (and rock) bachelor/ette groups! Guests are asked to wear appropriate attire and be respectful of other tour and winery guests. Please note that a select few facilities do not permit bachelorette groups; rest assured we have the expertise and we will coordinate alternate (excellent!) stops accordingly. Rates are the same regardless of the size or nature of the group.
To guarantee an exceptional experience, Wicked Wine Tours makes every effort to personalize your tour and secure your requested date and times, including committing our vehicles and Tour Guides to your reservation. Advance requests and appointments may also be required at wineries depending on the season and guest requests, as most wineries only accept visitors by appointment. Upon reservation, Wicked Wine Tours will request a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. Optional Purchase Protection is available at the time of booking.
PUBLIC TOURS have up to 72 HOURS and PRIVATE TOURS have up to 7 DAYS prior to the reservation date to cancel with no penalty.
CANCELLING OR REDUCING THE NUMBER OF GUESTS LESS THAN 72 HOURS (PUBLIC TOURS) OR LESS THAN 7 DAYS (PRIVATE TOURS) PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION DATE FOR ANY REASON WILL RESULT IN 100% CHARGE OF THE FULL RESERVATION.

Our tours have been designed for guests of legal drinking age, and many guests appreciate the opportunity for an adult-oriented excursion and environment. As such, children under 18 are not permitted on public tours, but may be permitted on private tours. Please contact us for inquiries.

Tours that stop for lunch EXCLUDE the cost of lunch. Wicked Wine Tours will coordinate restaurant reservations for your group. We select restaurants as per restaurant quality and availability, group size, guest requests, holidays, and other factors. Guests order à la carte and pay the restaurant directly. Restaurant requests are welcome, but not guaranteed. Wicked Wine Tours is NOT responsible for communicating food allergies, dietary restrictions, and guests should inform the restaurant of such upon arrival.
Your Tour Guide will collect payment at the conclusion of the tour. We accept cash and credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Debit is NOT accepted. Gratuities are NOT included. Suggested gratuity: 15-25%. For groups of eight or more guests, an 18% gratuity will be added. Please organize payment in advance and present the Tour Guide with one payment method. Contactless payment is available.

We regret that some locations are beyond our collection radius. We do NOT collect at: Big White Resort, La Casa Resort, Lake Okanagan Resort, McKinley Landing, Sparkling Hill Resort, Peachland, Vernon, and some outlying residential areas; guests may be asked to meet us at a central collection point.

Chef Negoro lovingly prepares delicious, mouth-watering lunches exclusively for Wicked Wine Tours, featuring artisan sandwiches, local Okanagan produce, fresh-baked goods, and more.
Picnic lunches REPLACE the restaurant lunch on full-day wine tours ONLY. Picnic items CANNOT be ordered a la carte for consumption in vehicles during tours. Wicked Wine Tours will ensure a suitable (and scenic) picnic location that permits food and beverage, and typically includes the sale of wine, such as a winery with a licensed picnic area. Schedules are not altered and tour times are as published. Additional costs apply. NOT available for reservations made less than 48 hours prior to tour. Picnics are seasonal, available April 1 - September 1.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options available. All packages include individually wrapped cutlery, napkins, wet naps, and condiments. All packages are professionally prepared and packaged exclusively by Chef Negoro of Creative Creations Edible Artwerks and delivered directly to Wicked Wine Tours.
A customizable order form from Creative Creations Edible Artwerks will be sent for completion upon confirmation of your reservation, including options for allergies and dietary restrictions.
Private tours are available for a premium; request an upgrade to a private tour when booking online. Private tours are not available on Saturdays. For groups of eight or more guests, an 18% gratuity will be added.
Protect your reservation from unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending. At the time of booking, guests have the option to choose Purchase Protection by TourShield, insurance coverage for their reservation, for a small fee. TourShield is an industry-leading purchase protection solution distributed and administered by FanShield, LLC, a fully-owned insurance brokerage of Protecht.
Should guests experience a covered reason before the booking date and time, guests may file a claim with TourShield. As long as a valid reason is provided with the required documentation, guests will be reimbursed for the full value of the booking at purchase. Purchase Protection must be selected at the time of booking, and cannot be added to reservations after booking. Guests will receive an email from TourShield after their purchase which contains the policy information. Cancellations, date changes, or downgrades (reduced group size or lesser tour value) to protected reservations MUST be made through TourShield.

Tours operate rain or shine. Tastings are typically experienced inside tasting rooms, wine cellars, or beneath covered patios, and our vehicles feature complimentary umbrellas for guest use. Rainy days are an excellent time for wine touring, as you're not missing a day on the beach or golf course!
Rates are subject to increase on weekends and holidays.
Tasting wine is a sensory experience, including the sense of smell. Cologne and perfume can have an adverse effect on you and your party's tasting experience, and on the experience of other guests visiting the winery. Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, and other heavy scents when embarking on your wine tour. Lipstick and lip gloss can also have an detrimental effect on your tasting experience.
Wicked Wine Tours is pleased to offer premium, on-demand shuttle service in our modern fleet of Ford Transits.
Wherever possible, winery and facility tasting fees are included in tour rates. Your Tour Guide will advise you when you visit a facility where tasting fees are not included (i.e. premium or icewine fees). The number and variety of wines offered at wineries is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the facility.
Wicked Wine Tours is proud to offer our guests a modern fleet of Ford Transit passenger vans, and Ford Expedition luxury SUVs. With us, no bus!
Wineries are pre-selected based on the size and nature of reservations, winery availability, holidays, special events, and other factors. Our half-day tours feature visits to four wineries, and our longer excursions feature visits to five facilities, and often include enhanced tasting experiences. The DETAILS section of each of our online tour listings has links and photos to wineries. Facility requests are welcome, but not guaranteed.
Wicked Wine Tours are available year-round, including throughout Winter. The quiet season - November through March - is an excellent time to enjoy wine touring and tasting in the Okanagan Valley. Tastings and tours are often exclusive and unique to the season, and guests may experience behind-the-scenes and intimate experiences not possible during the busier summer months.
